Tony Spivey (Senior), who became an associate of the Real Estate Institute in 1971, established AC Spivey Real Estate Limited in 1980. 

From its humble beginnings in Ribble Street,

“The Local Firm” as it is known shifted to its current site in 1985.

Tony Spivey (Junior) joined the company as Office Manager in 1987 and on obtaining his salesperson Certificate, joined the Sales Team.  He was admitted as an associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand in 1995.

Tony’s family have lived in the North Otago area for over 40 years and in that time has amassed a lot of local knowledge, that together with over 22 years Real Estate experience has allowed him to meet with a lot of people both socially and professionally.
